Coaching

Coaching is guidance in the moment bringing awareness to the growth of a specific skill or behavior and is short-term. Mentoring is a meaningful relationship with a long-term investment by both participants built on trust and transparency with a primary focus on your development.

Coaching and mentoring sessions will vary based on your personalized goals and expectations.  Overall, you will consistently experience a welcoming environment that is engaging, transparent, supportive and goal oriented.

True mentor / mentee relationships do not have an end date. However, with continued growth your professional needs will change and therefore your mentorship needs may change as well.

We provide an initial intake form to understand your coaching needs.  Pricing will be based on the needs of the client.

Coaching session are 30 minute and 60 minute sessions, tailored to fit you needs and schedule.

Yes, we offer one on one coaching.

Students actively enrolled in college for an undergraduate degree will be offered a discount.

We offer group coaching sessions as well. Learning environments may be welcoming to a diverse group of participants in a welcoming space.
